Preamble

This Review Policy sets the standards for verified consultation feedback on the Platform.

It applies to clients submitting reviews and advocates responding to them.

Article 1

Eligibility

  1. 1.1

    Only clients with a completed consultation on eLawyers.pk may submit a review for that specific appointment.

  2. 1.2

    Each completed consultation may receive one verified review. Duplicate reviews for the same appointment are not permitted.

Article 2

Permitted and Prohibited Content

  1. 2.1

    Reviews should describe communication, punctuality, professional conduct, explanation clarity, and responsiveness based on your consultation experience.

  2. 2.2

    Do not include confidential legal advice, court documents, opposing-party personal information, private family details, guaranteed-result claims, abusive language, or unverified accusations.

Article 3

Moderation and Reporting

  1. 3.1

    Reviews may be reported by users or flagged by our team. Reported reviews are reviewed under this policy and may be hidden or removed.

  2. 3.2

    Lawyers may post one public response to a published review. Responses must remain professional and must not disclose client-confidential information.

Article 4

Editing Period

  1. 4.1

    Clients may edit a published review within forty-eight (48) hours of submission, subject to the same privacy and content rules.

By continuing to access or use the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Review Policy.
